Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. All of the accessories must be intact and included with the return shipment.

To arrange a return please send us an e-mail at returns@tripodly.com. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
• Your order number
• Brief description of the issue
• A few images showing the issue
• What you'd like (exchange or refund)

We will email you a return merchandise authorization number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Tripodly will not cover the cost of return shipping. 

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s. The original cost to ship your order is not refundable.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we do not receive.
